As President of Longleaf Packaging, Ray Love brings more than 30 years of sales and management experience in the block sales and building materials industry.

Ray began his career with Metromont Materials in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina in 1987. In 1994 he was promoted to Sales Manager overseeing three block and two ready mix plants before serving as Regional Sales Manager over the Greensboro and Winston-Salem area. Fast forward to 2004, Ray was once again promoted to General Manager overseeing production and sales for the Charlotte and Rock Hill region. With more than $60 million in annual sales, Ray’s tenure as Director of Sales for Cemex led to his final position as the Charlotte Sales Manager with Adams Oldcastle.

Having navigated through multiple company mergers and acquisitions, Ray is a respected leader and expert in the masonry, block and hardscape products industry. Ray is well-positioned to lead Longleaf Packaging’s operations, business development and sales force into the future.
